When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–4 business days. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping will cost a flat rate of $6.99. If orders are over $120, then shipping will be $9.99.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please email us as quickly as you can at shilohandkatebaby@gmail.com. We can usually honor these requests if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Once processing or shipping has begun, updates may no longer be possible—but we’ll always try to help based on your individual circumstances.
What if I receive the wrong product or am missing items?
If you received the wrong product, please keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us within 7 days. Email photos and information to shilohandkate@gmail.com.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us by emailing shilohandkate@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
Can I update the shipping address for my order?
We know that mistakes can happen! If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, don’t worry—we’re happy to help update it as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped. Just email shilohandkatebaby@gmail.com so we can make the correction quickly. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the shipping information. We recommend reviewing your confirmation email right away and letting us know immediately if anything looks off.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return my product?
We're sorry your purchase wasn’t quite right. You’re welcome to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items:
- Must be in original condition
- Must be unworn and unwashed
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be free from odors such as perfume, smoke, and pets
Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund amount to the original form of payment within 3 business days. A $6.99 ($9.99 for over $120 in returns) fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Please send returns in a poly mailer or padded envelope.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please review the size chart before purchasing. If you qualify for a return, you may return for a refund and re-order.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I know what size to purchase?
Our fabric is designed to grow with your child and will fit for up to 3x longer than other pajamas. Please refer to the manufacturer sizing guides (on each product page) before purchasing.
How do I care for my product?
1. Prep Your Garment
Before washing, turn the item inside out to help preserve the fabric and any small details.
2. Wash It Right
Use cold water on a regular or quick cycle. We don’t recommend the delicate cycle, as it can cause bamboo fabric to sit in water too long.
3. Dry with Care
Tumble dry on a normal heat setting. No need for high heat—bamboo dries beautifully on medium.
How do I limit piling?
Bamboo is a soft, natural fiber and can be sensitive to rough treatment. When wet, it’s especially prone to pilling if rubbed against abrasive materials. To protect the fabric, avoid washing it with items like jeans, towels, or anything with velcro.
For added longevity, turn garments inside out before washing and line dry when you can.
